PROPOSED BYLAW AMENDMENT(S) EXPIRE FOR LACK OF SUPPORT BY EXECUTIVE BOARD

All five proposed Bylaw Amendment(s) brought forward by the CV Messenger Club were defeated by the Executive Board. They had all been previously defeated by the Advisory Committee and the Officer's Committee.

Some question arose as to if the proposals would be printed in the UCO Reporter and thence proceed to Delegate Assembly. Our Bylaws are very clear on this question, and may be read below. Additionally, there is an opinion by UCO Attorney Rod Tennyson that reiterates the Authority of the Executive Board to terminate such Amendment(s) that fail to be approved.
