Golf Course
Rumor has it that the Zoning Board has approved the building of townhomes and condos on the Golf Course. Can anyone verify this?
There has been no change in the zoning. The Pro-Active Committee is absolutely opposed to rezoning the Golf Course for Residential housing of any sort.

The Zoning Commission Agendas and Minutes are matters of public record.

As you can see, July minutes are pending, but I see no action on the Golf Course in published record.
