Egyptian Goose after proper roasting: (Propius Roasticus)
Found it - Egyptian Goose (Alopochen aegyptiacus) So, along with Melaleuca trees, brazilian peppers, multiple insect species, iguanas, knight anoles, cuban tree frogs, pythons, Cubans, Haitians, New Yorkers among a slew of others, we now have Egyptian Geese deciding to make South Florida their home. Some probably escaped from a collector / breeder and they are multiplying.
Strange Looking Goose. I'm glad you found out what it was as I couldn't find it....and I was so curious. Where did you see this goose Elaine? I'd like to see it if it ever is around again
