Re: Annual Meeting
It's almost Annual Meeting time again. Memory is slowly fading... Can you tell me when to include Meeting Agenda: with 60 day notification or 14 day notification? Thank you for your invaluable help.
Annual mtg notice and agenda go in 2nd notice - 14 days before. For all info read the Condominium Elections 0729.2010.pps in DBPR - CONDOMINIUM EDUCATIONAL AND .. on the blog sidebar.
In a condominum setting the first notice of the annual meeting announcing the annual meeting and calling for candidates for the Board must be sent to all unit owners 60 days prior to the annual meeting.
The second notice of the annual meeting must be sent no less than 14 days before the meeting, however, your Bylaws may have a longer notice requirement which must be followed. The agenda goes with the second notice.
