Cable TV
Is most of the Village Cable out? or is it just out in the area that I live. Near the east gate. Its been out a day now. Hope they get it working soon. Glad I have ATT. for ISP.
We lost Cable and Internet access in Stratford L & M 1AM Monday (8/27). We didn't get it back until around 9AM this morning (8/28). We are thankful we had power anyway. We have lots of DVDS and tapes we watched. This shows us how we depend on our TVs. Yes, we do have a boombox that has a flat screen tv, dvd, cd and radio which also runs on 8 D batteries. At least we were able to get the news and a few programs.
We were spared major power outage with Isaac. If I remember correctly with Wilma, Oct 30th, 2005, C.V. was without power for 10 long hot sticky days...
I'm glad I held on to my antennea for one of my small digital tv's. I didn't need to hook up my little black box. My association could check the doppler, CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox.
No problems in the Bedford Area
ReplyDeleteCambridge is okay. It went out with the electricity but came back on within about 5 minutes that it took to reboot.
