Sommelier de Publix
I thought I should stock up for the storm, I stopped at the shiny new Palm Beach Publix. Not only do they understand when you wish to speak to the sommelier, here he is. The wine section is 3x what you can see here. Also nice selection of goodies, valet parking, fashion watching ... There are no Publix signs, you will have to find it on mapquest etc.
Just one of those Rothschilds (bottle, I mean) for me, please, Elaine I'll have you know I'M not a sot. And none of that beastly-tasting caviar. Thank you. No rush.
Hi Elaine,
ReplyDeleteDid you check for
Château Lafite Rothschild - 1942? I've run out, and I need 10 cases.
Also, see if they have any Caspian Sea Beluga caviar, shaken not stirred!!

ReplyDeleteHi all,
ReplyDeleteI have found the Palm Beach Publix Wine selection to be quite complete.
Two examples I can cite, are:
1)A cask of Amontillado
2)Chateau D'if 1947
These represent particularly arcane vintages which they were able to supply upon request.
