Something is wrong with Channel 63
I have no computer hooked up to the television and the
screen says:
Windows 10
Something
went wrong. Microsoft can’t install important security updates on your PC.
I wonder if a "town manager" replacing the UCO president—as candidate for UCO president Jack Adams recommends—would be able to resolve a computer problem as Dave Israel just did does so regularly on this blog? And what would happen to those very productive small group sessions Dave has had for years on a regular basis with association representatives? Would Jack's "town manager" be holding them? Where would this new-to-us town manager get the expertise to be instructive in such sessions even if he wanted to have them? How would he suddenly acquire the knowledge Dave has acquired over EIGHT YEARS in order to oversee completion of the Broadband project—or to lead us in negotiating a new Millennium Agreement? Dave has not only for this long studied the rules and regulations under which UCO and our associations function, but has benefited by repeated consultations with our attorney, Rod Tennyson. How could Jack's "town manager" possibly match this? Rather than this being a SOLUTION for the Village's problems, it strikes me as a NON-SOLUTION.
I did notice that Dave's answer was posted after 8pm and was succinct and accurate, that is amazing service not obtainable anywhere else. Also look at the times of posting videos on the blog frequently 10 and 11 pm. Dave is our 24/7 President, Whew! Thank you Dave.
Hi Mike,
ReplyDeleteThe signals on Ch. 63 and Ch. 95 are Computer driven, and that message refers to the computer generating the video signal, not your computer.
Dave
I realize it is not my computer that is generating the error message. I mentioned that I do not have my computer hooked up to the TV.
DeleteHow can the video signal be corrected, so the large white error message, that takes up the majority of the screen, be removed.?
Hi Mike,
ReplyDeleteThe Channel 63/95 team will check out the problem.
Dave Israel
The huge white error screen is no longer showing up on channel 63.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
