REFLECTION BAY APPLICATION ADMINISTRATIVELY WITHDRAWN
Two takeaways, and one interpretation, from this “Administrative Withdrawal”.
The “owner of this property” (Reflection Bay), despite a letter from the Zoning Division, missed the deadline for the “final time extension of this application.”
Furthermore, (third paragraph), a “shift of this development” would have necessitated a more extensive review: “In particular, the shifting of the entire development increased from 31% to as much as 66% closer to the residentially populated west property line.”
That “ residentially populated west property line” is us – Century Village, subdivision Golf's Edge. Apparently, Reflection Bay applied to move more than twice as close (“ 31% to as much as 66% closer”).
Essentially, the county said, “Too late and too much.”
But “A new application may be submitted as a Development Order Amendment to address this issue.”
So, is Reflection Bay dead? or Undead? or Living Dead? Who knows.
