UCO TALENT SEARCH
Who wants to run CV? Come to the UCO office on West Drive to pick up a form and stake your claim. Deadline is January 4. Act fast!
Pressman: From your postings,I must conclude you are new to the Village.. UCO's function is to bring issues to the Delegate's Assembly, for approval or denial, and then proceed as instructed by the delegates in attendance. Unfortunately all of the 309 Associations are not involved in the decision making, as many have no representation or Board of Directors. I do know all of the past/current Officer's have encouraged each resident to become involved..no doubt this practice will continue.
You may indeed be nominated from the floor of the Delegate Assembly, during the February meeting. The following extract from the UCO Bylaws will elucidate:
Dave Israel ...............................
ARTICLE IX MEETINGS OF THE DELEGATE ASSEMBLY

The nominee accepts the nomination and agrees to abide by the requirements for that position. - c. Any nominee who has already been nominated for another office or for Executive Board membership shall openly decline one nomination and elect to accept the other. - 3. Such other business which may come before the meeting.
