Ahoy Veolia
Trash marks the high
water line yesterday. The dumpster sailed away by itself, how do you move it back!
Usually dumpsters have drain in bottom to let water out! Veolia retrieved the dumpster, then their monster truck broke down. Hard to get a tow when the whole county is full of stalled cars.
I wouldn't have thought that those steel dumpsters would be watertight. But apparently they floated.
