SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DELEGATE ASSEMBLY - TO CONSIDER RECALL OF UCO PRESIDENT
From Feb 5th post bylaws "Notwithstanding any recommendation from the Board of Inquiry, the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the Delegates present at a duly called meeting of the Delegate Assembly, provided a quorum is present, is required to effect the removal of an officer."
But I did not see where it required a special Del Assy.
Do we need a quorum?
