The new sign looks great both in daylight and lit up at night (the latter showing in the latest CAM report). I have yet to see the sign in person. I just hope the stonework with which it is surrounded and atop is sufficient to stop an uninsured, out-of-control car from damaging our beautiful sign itself.
I wrote a comment that was taken off. Although the sign looks good when you are in front of it you cannot tell you are at Century Village unless you are passing it by. The old sign could be read from up or down Okeechobee Blvd as the writing was sideways. My opinion that I hope is not taken down is that we spent a lot of money for a sign that is not very readable unless you are in front of it.

ReplyDeleteI was extremely disappointed with the new sign. I thought it would be more visible and even colorful. Not much of an improvement in my opinion.
