ATLANTIC BROADBAND PRICE INCREASES
I just got an email from Atlantic Broadband with price increases effective September 1, 2020 for residential customers. It really went up significantly. Did anyone else get an email?
I have just (10 PM) spoken with an ABB representative at the Century Village dedicated number. According to him, the email about rising rates DOES NOT APPLY to BULK CUSTOMERS. Century Village has a ten-year contract with ABB: nine years to go. The representative looked at my billing through November: It does not change. I suggested he get in touch with ABB and send out a email to all bulk customers stating that rate increases do not apply to them. The representative said that he had been getting many phone calls.

Thank you for calling. I can imagine how some people who received this email are confused.
