The Hoarder's infested condominium, photos of which CV's LCAM, Mr. Foster, placed in this month's UCO Reporter (link in this blog, Sept. 25th). is being cleaned out. The crew has placed a ramp from the second floor condo to a gigantic 40 cubic yard dumpster. Currently overflowing, that dumpster has 10 to 20 times the capacity of the various association dumpsters in the Village. And another dumpster is arriving Monday. Don't let this dangerous situation occur on your association.

Questions
Hi Everyone,
I just want to let you know, if you have any questions for any committee, please feel free to e-mail them to ucorecsec@gmail.com and they will be brought to the appropriate committee.
During this Covid-19 pandemic, Committee meetings have been limited to the committee members and officers, and shall remain this way until we get the all clear from the county and state, but this is one way to show that you, the residents and owners have not been forgotten.
Please e-mail your questions and concerns to me and I will forward them to the appropriate committee.
Thank you for you patience and Be Healthy. We hope to see you very soon.
Respectfully, Bob Rivera, UCO Recording Secretary
