CLUBHOUSE TERMITES

Hi All,
Some colonies of termites have been found in the Clubhouse. Three qualified vendors were consulted and all agree that the entire building must be tented and treated.

This will be done on 19, 20 and 21 October.

The entire building will, of course be closed for those days

    Does this mean the Clubhouse outdoor pools will be closed also?

    The entrance Gate to the Island,
    where the Club House is located
    will be closed...Guests will be
    accomodated at Hastings, for that
    period..(as per Op.committe meeting
    this am )

    does the tenting in any way affect the bus runs/stop at the clubhouse?

    At this time it is planned to stage the Busses in the small parking lot between Century Blvd. and Dover.

    Plans are subject to change.
