FILING YOUR ANNUAL REPORT
Hi all,
As you may be aware, your Association Annual Report must now be filed Online, I have prepared a short working aid to guide you through the process, it is quite simple.

Is it the report with the names of the officers and costs $61 something that Seacrest can send in?
ReplyDeleteHi Grace,
ReplyDeleteFebruary 3, 2010 9:35 AM,
Yes indeed, it is the very same report.
However, I would check to make sure that Seacrest, or any management company has done so, these things tend to fall through the cracks.

Thanks Dave. Seacrest did send us a form to fill out and mail back to them so I guess they are on top of this.
ReplyDeleteGood work Dave,
ReplyDeleteNo reinstatements in the Village are necessary. Having recently searched each of the 309 Associations, I found four Associations which were Administratively Dissolved for failure to file the 2009 Report and I made certain that each was properly reinstated.
