Hi all,
I have been informed by our Insurance Agent, Plastridge; that Philadelphia Insurance Company has "declined to renew" our policy with them. They cover the "water intrusion" component of our phalanx of Insurance protection.
Could this be because of an excessive number of claims??
I believe our new carrier is a company called Max Specialty, the following is extracted from their Web Site:

In response to my question regarding impact on our rates, I was advised that;
"Someone will get back to you" A less than satisfying answer!!

1st Priority ripped kitchens and bathrooms out telling people, you'll get a brand new kitchen. People liked the idea and did not think of the consequences. We will live with those consequences and higher premiums thanks to 1st Priority and people who wanted renovated condos. That was the first thing that was told to my president when 1st Priority arrived on the scene.
