ASSOCIATION - 2010 INFO FORM

I have put a typical association (2-story bldg) info form on the Printable Notices on the sidebar.
We sent this to all our residents, those who did not respond received a second form.

A couple have still not responded it would be my guess that they are the people who have no homeowners insurance and no-one checking their unit while they are away.

This, at least, gives the Board notice of where to focus their efforts.
We do appreciate those who have given their info and keys to safeguard and cooperate with the association.

  1. Thanks Elaine, We have a form that all new owners sign but it does not have all the information that your sheet has. I think I will pass yours around next season when our snow birds are here.

    On your form regarding Homeowners
    Insurance all you ask is for the
    name of the insurance company
    and the expiration date. What is
    to stop a unit owner in faking
    an answer of Homeowners Ins. info.
