OVPU
Too bad the OVPU could not have progressed further after todays Delegates Meeting. This could have been a perfect way for many more owners to get involved in CV and maybe things would have been brought up to date instead of living in the past. Just a personal opinion. Times do change don't they??

The arguments on both sides were suprisingly well reasoned today at the meeting. Representative government (what we have now at CV) is what we have in the USA, but everyone eligible can vote in the USA(not what we have at CV). Which is better? Well, we have the CV delegate direction for the present.

Should the economic times improve,
and the benefits outway the cost,
of which their is no guarantee,
and no other pressing matters are on the table...it has a chance of
becoming a reality.
