CHECKOUT THAT USED CAR

Carfax Carfox
-
Are you considering a used car? Do you know how to find out if it has been in a accident, or had it's odometer rolled back? Well, the answer is by it's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
-
This can be found inside the driver side door, or on the dashboard, visible through the driver side windshield!
-
With the VIN in hand, visit the following URL:
-
-
Enter the VIN in the designated box, thus accessing a National Database, and you will find out if the car has ever been  in an accident, been damaged or had the odometer rolled back!
-
It just takes a few minutes and you may save yourself lots of trouble and expense later!

  1. Thanks Dave. There is a log in. Do we pay for this service? Do we need to log in first?

  2. Hi Grace,
    November 9, 2010 8:02 AM,

Why don't you plug in your
VIN number and find out; then you may inform us all.

    Thanks,

  3. David:

Before you post please check it
out. Yes, one can get reports
as to the condition of the auto
but for 1 report it will cost
    $34.99.

  4. Hi Nut,
    November 11, 2010 7:28 PM,

My Post does not say it is free, but before spending thousands on a wrecked vehicle, a small investment may be considered prudent.

Actually, I believe some information is available free, some is not.

I suggest again, plug in your VIN, and see how far you get free and what exactly is left out.
