I went to the UCO office on Friday to get a gate pass and I wanted to comment on how pleasant and helpful the UCO volunteers were. I noticed a few other people that were there with different type of problems and needs. Volunteers were immediately dispatched to help the residence. This was done with much courtesy and concern.
