Meeting with M. Levy

David, Could you please elaborate on your meeting with Mr Levy. Why do we have to contribute to salaries at the other Century Village you spoke of?? Where can we get a copy of the agreement that was talked about?

    Hi Norma,
    Salaries of certain WPRF employees are defined as "allocated costs"

    This is because certain WPRF employees are responsible for their jobs across all 4 Century Villages.

    The specific job functions are spelled out in the Millennium Amendment to the Long Term Lease, which may be retrieved and studied in the Sidebar of this BLOG.

    It is a Triple Net Lease, making the Unit Owners responsible for Taxes, Insurance and All operational costs of the Rec. Facility.

    The four job areas are:

    1) Maintenance
    2) Data Processing (IT)
    3) Entertainment (Shows & Movies)
    4) Accounting
