This unit may be being used as other than Residential Housing, in violation of
"Chapter 162.F.S. Ordinance No.87-15, adopted 8/25/87 effective
10/01/87 as amended- Unified Land Developement
Code Section 4-14.
We, the undersigned Resident/Owners of units located in this
community, support ordinance #87-15 and request it's full imple-
mentation against this action. Units were created for Residential use.

ReplyDeleteWe, must be careful, until a final adjudication has been handed down, no need to draw a law suit by jumping the gun.
It becomes a legal violation when the Judge says so and it is adjudicated
This issue of the SATMAR Hassidics is far reaching and threatens far more than Golf's Edge; in fact the entire Village is "at risk".
If you are interested, I would be happy to send you some information on the SATMAR's from Kiryas Joel and other places.
