If you have a Gmail account, and you receive an Email ostensibly from Gmail, asking you to Log-In to your account, do not do so, here is an example:

please click on link here and follow the instructions. We are sorry for the trouble but we are trying to give you the best service. Thanks

It is a Phishing Scam to obtain your Gmail Username and Password, and then hijack your account.
If you go to the Site, ( by clicking on the link "here" ) you will see the following URL in your Browser window:
http://disabilitybenefitstraining.info/signgm.html
This clearly in NOT a valid Gmail Site, do not sign in at this Site.
The following is a valid looking Gmail URL:
https://mail.google.com/mail/
