There will be an important meeting of the Development Review Officer (DRO) of The Planning, Zoning and Building Department of Palm Beach County. Among other issues on the Agenda is the Proposed housing development on our erstwhile golf course; Project Reflection Bay. The bottom line, the developer failed to achieve certification. He was directed to make more changes to his plan.
