What happened to the 99 year lease? Not in force anymore?

The golf course was sold by Cenvill long ago.
Thus the Long Term Lease has no connection with the erstwhile Golf Course.
The property is now owned by Andrew Waldman, who wishes to develop it with residential housing.
That is the subject of the DRO hearing.
