just a reminder ---effective 22 jan 2012-unless you purchased forever stamps -----
Single-piece, one-ounce First-Class Mail letters will increase $0.01, to $0.45 (additional ounces remain at $0.20). The price for mailing a First-Class Mail postcard will increase $0.03 to $0.32 and the cost of stamped postcards will increase $0.03 to $0.35.

mag, a big thanks to you for that reminder. i'll bet many of us are unaware that the deadline for theforever stamps is tomorrow. i know i was. whooosh!! that's me out the door getting forevers.
ReplyDeleteI think you can purchase the forevers anytime but after jan 22forever stamps will be .45 each ---I usually order online from USPS -but wouldn't want all those w/the 44s to suffer. If there is insufficient postage- might be returned to you or delivered postage due
ReplyDeleteAnd for all us mailing letters to Canada, Quebec etc it goes up $.05 to $.85. Its still cheaper than mailing from Canada to here!
