Following is a letter from a unit owner and Board member, it expresses thanks for the efforts of UCO. I am publishing it so that all readers will realize that despite continuous disruption of our Delegate Assembly by a very few virulent malcontents, there are those of you who do appreciate the incredible range of services that UCO provides, day-in-and-day-out.

thank you for taking the time to write this letter. it means a lot to the volunteers at uco to know that there is someone out there who realizes what we do. some of us do more than others but those of us that do not do as much do as much as we can. we try to give 100% when we are there and we take it very seriously. the good and welfare of our residents is a priority to us. if some of those that keep harpiong on the negative would only spend that energy in our office to help instead of hinder i think we would have a much more peacefulvillage.

work that all the volunteers do for
Century Village so we just have to
ignore their ignorance at all the
negative remarks they make and
see to it that they never become
part of the great UCO that we have
have now.
If the good and welfare was so important to the UCO volunteers maybe you should think about a course in common courtesy and communications. I have had nothing but bad experiences when I go to UCO. A lot of others that I know feel the same way!!
