  1. I wonder if Andover M has an annual canine weigh-in day, when everyone has to put their pooches on the scale in front of the board.

Can we put a human weight limit in our bylaws?

  2. Hi don4060,
    September 2, 2012 7:02 PM,

This would be a problem for me, at 223 pounds, that after a loss of 40 pounds.

Thus, having the density of a dwarf star, I might be declared a menace to the catwalk REBAR! Not only that, light can no longer escape from my surface, so I just might wink out and become invisible.

  10. Hi Mag,
    September 3, 2012 12:07 PM,

All this means is that we have no further information here in UCO.

It would be best to contact a Board member in the Association, or check on the Clerk of Court site for an enabling Bylaw.

Remember, that some Associations have filed Bylaws allowing pets, and some have not.

  12. I guess everyone is not aware that legally if you allow cats you must also allow dogs! Once you allow a "pet" there are no restrictions.

  13. So I can buy a gorilla then.

  14. To Concerned Owner: We allow one house cat, one bird and fish. Other pets including dogs (other than dogs required by the handicapped) are not allowed. We put through a bylaw change to this effect a few years ago. I kind of wondered about limiting the number of birds to only one until I leaned of someone with four birds. What a squawking loud noise the four of them made!

  15. What about an Ostrich?

  16. Our bylaws only permit an ostrich under three feet tall. Emus do better.
