  4. Not filed then doesn't really exist, and even if filed, can be changed at any second. I , and many others would like to see walls and fences for security on an irreversible promise, however that can be done. I would also prefer no project but should it happen then securiy is PARAMOUNT for all of us and NO connection between the two entities. The diagram also needs to be clearer and more explanatory.

  5. a golf course built on a golf course- how amusing. An inn? all these additions, deletions --are there not enough assisted living facilities around? what happened to initiate these latest changes? Security? Security? what? where? Guess the inn can be used by the hour for previous LaQuinta trysts and who knows what. do not like anything that encourages transients - poo poo on the whole thing ---what will be next week's new addition? bah humbug and am asking tongue in cheek - will waldman provide wifi?

  6. The only reason they now show a golf course - is to be able to say to the city that they are meeting the requirement of having a golf course on this site. Golf course perpetuity requirement clause says 'golf course', but not how large or how many holes.

  7. I have said all along that we should put up a wall, our wall with plants in front. It is not OUR golf course and never was. It belonged to Levy and he sold it. Get with the program folks, something will be built on the golf course by whoever owns it. We should be talking about what is also good for the Village and try to get the builder to build our fence with their money.
