    Too Much Information (TMI) this brochure is like TV talking heads, babbling non-stop with excess info.
    If this dept wants us, they send mail + they have blitzed us with Real ID info already. Their phone service and website are fine www.taxcollectorpbc.com
    I think this brochure kept someone in a job and impressed their bosses. Sometimes its better not to ask ...
