what happens when residents dont pay fees dues

    Hi Alan,
    Can you be a bit more specific, and enter an amplification in the text window.

    EG. do you mean if a unit owner fails to make their monthly payment of assessments to the Association, or to W.P.R.F., Inc.....Etc.

    In other words, what Fees, what dues...?

    Lots of bad stuff happens. You need to call your management company and/or lawyer.

    If a condo stops paying their building maintenance the other condos pick up the slack. It is good to put a line item into your budget for delinquent payments.
