Hi,

I have read some pages of the court action against UCO. You have my support.
I ask that you keep my personal information confidential such as e-mail address and telephone number and please do not give it to Solomon and Karpf.

Thank you

Please read my response, and KNOW that I am serious:

HI REDACTED,
When I started the Information Forward Initiative, I promised the Delegate Assembly, that lacking a Court Order, I would never release our Unit Owners Email addresses, or Phone numbers.
That Court Order is, among other things exactly what the Plaintiffs now seek!
It could mean the end of the Information Forward Initiative.
Thank you for your support!

  1. IFI would be useless if it became a vehicle for misinformation and libel.
I tell my friends "send an email to ucopresident@gmail.com and say "Please put me on the Information Forward list". This will protect you against people who spread malicious rumors and hold fact-free meetings!!

  2. Elaine, I think that's exactly what I did, and what I was supposed to do to receive the IFIs. Do I remember incorrectly?

  3. You are good, and all the other people on the IFI list. I was just saying what I tell new villagers and those not on the list yet.

  4. I do not wish for my email address to be released to anyone other than the people I personally release it to.

  5. Couldn't anyone start his own Information Forward Initiative, or his own blog for that matter, and invite people to participate? He could advertise it in the UCO Reporter (possibly having to pay for it, although there are the free Classifieds). I'm not anxious for every Tom, Dick and Harry to have my e-mail address, but if it was kept secret by the person operating the blog, I might well subscribe--as I did to Dave's blog and IFI.
