We have received some calls and Emails which indicate that due to the size of the document, 89 pages, some folks can not download it.

We have made a few printouts, which may be picked up at UCO while supplies last.

We are expecting more on Monday, so if you are unable to download and read it, stop by the UCO office and pick up a copy.
