Our Security saved me $59

I was pleased to buy a (President Day deal) new bed from MattressFirm on Okeechobee. Until ... I waited hours for delivery of same. If they were later than 9:30pm delivery would be free. No delivery!! Hanger on my door, 'Sorry we missed you'. They didn't phone or knock just tiptoed away at 10:25pm, how do I know? Their entry to the village was logged in our gate system. Thanks Allegiance.

    There was no face off, I will get my refund in 7-10 business days. A different crew delivered the bed on Sunday. The Friday crew not only tried to pretend they were not late, but also dumped the work off to the Sunday crew, lovely. MattressFirm has a happiness guarantee! Even so my total waiting was 7 hours.

    I was too brief again, Delivery was $59. Mattress sets are negotiable $1K.
