RECALL PETITION - DUBIOUS SIGNATURES - WHERE IS THE TIPPING POINT
-
At what point would a Judge throw out the entire document:

So, after you remove the duplicates, the imported text box signatures, and those signatures obtained by deceptive means, how many are left; and how were they obtained???

Wow. Now it is all starting to make sense.
ReplyDeleteSome of these signatures were collected by presenting the petition as a sign in sheet. The actual petition was concealed from the signers. This is what some of the delegates meant when they described signing "inadvertently", "innocently", or "blind".
Interestingly, some of the recantation letters posted to the Blog are addressed to Mr. Solomon. None are addressed to the other petition presenters, Mr. Grossman or Mr. Karpf.
It would be nice if some of the PUC meeting attendees could step up and describe how the "attendance sheet" was presented, and by whom.
Hi Dave. I think the Inquiry Committee would be well advised to drop the upcoming meeting, considering all the flim flam surrounding the petitions. You are well within your duties if you ask for and then they hear a legal opinion on this from UCO attorney Rod Tennyson.
ReplyDeleteNo way, Jose!!! That would just provide more ammunition to the clique of professional stink-raisers to cause more dissention and more obstruction of Village business.
ReplyDeleteLet this "attendance sheet " be picked apart with a fine tooth comb. Let the ringleaders defend their actions. Put our new, razor sharp, digital camera to good use and post the results here.
And let some of the people who were hoodwinked into signing this piece of trash come forward and explain exactly what happened, and point to who was responsible.
Crooked is as crooked does, do you believe some people actually want to put the foxes in charge of the hen house! Wake up Century Village.
