ReplyDeleteAn old Cherokee told his grandson, "My son there is a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.
The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy, and truth."
The boy thought about it and asked, "Grandfather, which wolf wins?"
The old man quietly replied, "The one you feed."
Feed your anger, jealousy, etc. malcontents.
Have a nice day. ;-)
Bob, you are right! There is good and bad in all of us and it is up to us to choose which one we would like to be. If you spend your time being jealous, greedy and angry, you are just wasting your life away.
ReplyDeleteThank you Cathy.
ReplyDeleteAnd Dot L., thank you for the nice comment on that other blog. Have to thank you here.
Note to Eddie:
ReplyDeleteEddie, Eddie, Eddie... you knowth not of what thou speakth. Take a step back and remove your small mind from that place that sees no sun and open your eyes and take a look at the sunshine, smell the flowers, have another drink. Make it a coffee, it will help you energize what little mind you have left. Read something other than the misconceptions and twists of information spewed by your mistress of propaganda. Read the documents, look carefully at them. Maybe the light will turn on above your head and you will see...if not, Wal-Mart has an optometrist that can have your eyes checked and get you a new prescription. But most of all...have a nice day.
