  2. Good news. And the Karpf Solomon legal case needs to get dumped in the garbage too.

  3. Will this decision have any ramification on the S&K UCO suit?

  5. Thanks Dave,
Any idea how much the S&K suit has cost UCO in legals fees so far. Maybe CV should sue S&K for the money it has cost the Village in legal fee, when their suit is dismissed.

  6. Hi Mike,
    October 22, 2013 at 1:23 AM,

Initially, it's just the Deductible, the real issue is that of the premium increase which comes from just filing a claim.

    This is as yet unknown.

  8. I fully agree with Mike. These two are part of the disruptive few who have nothing in their lives but to try to find fault with UCO and the way the Village is run. My advice is that they find a utopia and move to it.

  10. The DBPR's closure of the of the case against Roger Carver "Without a finding of probable cause he violated Chapter 468" must bring a sigh of relief to Roger, whom I wish well. At the same time, it reinforces what I suspected, that Mr. Solomon's judgment about such matters is not one I would want to align with,

  11. Lanny also consider - Mr. Solomon claimed in the Officers' meeting today that there were 6 WiFi companies at the Condo Expo last week ready to serve us, both myself and the Expo program can show there were zero WiFi companies; there were 6 concrete companies perhaps that is what it was, his info was secondhand. This is what makes the Officers Meetings so unpredictable.

  12. Very typical of Mr. Solomon's
    charactoristical idiotical thinking.

  13. Ah, it sounds like another WONDERFUL delegate meeting is in store for 11/1. Rants, raves, gnashing of teeth, wailing, etc. And that's just from the first row in the audience!!

  14. Hi Peter,
    October 24, 2013 at 10:59 AM,

But before the Delegate Assembly, don't miss the Pug > Puc > Messenger bashing session!

Catch it on Monday, demand to video tape it, watch how fast folks walk out as the bashing goes on and on!!

Produced by the folks who are suing us, disrupting Delegate Assembly, and are supporting a Candidate who's principal stock in trade is name-calling!

    Not to be missed!
