  1. This is just another manifestation of the crazy things that are going on.

    Why is this being done?

    Who authorized this inquiry?

Who elected officers of the Inquisition?

What is to be gained by this action?

I welcome any reasonable response from those "in-the-know."

  2. If you are really reasonable, why do you call this action "crazy?" Tetro is part of the past problems with UCO. If you are interested or actually care abpout knowing what's going on, come to the inquiry.

  3. Hi Howard,
    December 23, 2013 at 8:03 PM,

    1) The Complainant (Sealander) believes she (the treasurer ) is in violation of UCO Bylaws, Re. the residency rule.

    2) Recall is authorized in our Bylaws, with a petition over 35 Delegate signatures.

    3) IAW our Bylaws, the president of UCO selects the board of inquiry.

4)Conformance with the Bylaws, or change them.

That is my part in this Howard, further information may be available from the BOI Chair, George Franklin.

  4. This action could have been taken a long time ago. The UCO Elections are two months away. Why are we doing this now?

Does the "committee" have the required 35 delegate signatures to even hold an "Inquiry."

If Ms. Tetro is to be removed after the "Inquiry" finds her in violation of the by-laws, is there going to be "special" delegate meeting to vote for her removal.

2/3 of the seated delegates must vote for the "Removal."

This action seems VERY ILL TIMED and malicious.

    NOT VERY GOOD JUDGEMENT HERE.

    Time to RE-THINK.

  6. Howard, this has been going on for a long time, it is just now coming to the forefront.

  7. Isn't this just a waste of time since the election is just two months away?

  8. On page 44 of the charges, their is a reprint of a Palm Beach Post article that describes a real estate/morgauge scam that appears to have occurred outside CV. The people named in the article are not recognizable to me as CV residents or UCO operatives.

Can anyone explain the significance of this article relative to CV, or the reason that it was included in the Charge Documents?

  9. Howard: Answers to your inquiry
    were provided sometime ago...
    Absolutely no point in repetition!
The By laws have been violated...
    period, end of story!
Every opportunity was afforded to her to appeal for an exemption..she chose otherwise...
and this is the consequence of her
    action....

  10. I THOUGHT the comments on this blog post had been made before, and they had been––in late December (see the dates)--with only the previous three being current.

  11. Either we follow our by laws or all is lost. We are a community of over 7,000 units and there needs to be by laws or else we are just a lawless community with people doing as they please and then just watch the resale values dip lower than they are.

  12. I don't think there are enough people running for Treasurer, perhaps Tetro should throw her hat into the ring. Term limits are not an issue.

  13. Mike..you may be 'Surprised" I have
heard currently there is a former
CPA, for one and of course there
will be nominations from the floor
    at the Feb.DA..Time shall tell!

  14. Ester Sutofsky has written a blurb on the Malcontent blog about how terrible Dorothy was treated. She was not. She no longer lives in the Village and therefore no longer qualifies to be Treasurer. I guess Ester does not care for our by laws.
