MYRON SOLOMON & JERRY KARPF FILE SECOND LAW SUIT AGAINST UCO & DAVE ISRAEL
-
Hi all
-
UCO has this day been advised of yet another Law Suit filing by Myron Solomon and Jerry Karpf.
Rumor has it that they now seek some $5,000,000.00.
-
The Summons and Complaint has yet to arrive, but the filing on February 19, 2014 may be seen at the Clerk of Court site by following the link:
-
-
I have also placed this link in the sidebar for ready reference.
-
When the Summons and Complaint is served, I shall of course publish it for all to see.
-
Considering that Mr. Karpf is running for Office, one cannot help but speculate as to the connection between this second law suit and the election campaign now in progress; how desperate can they get

Five Million Dollars. Fantastic. More legal bills, to be shared by every CV Homeowner.
ReplyDeleteI noticed today that the opposition group has finally published their complete "slate", with Executive Board candidate endorsements. With one or possibly two exceptions, every person on this list is a Dave Israel hater, WiFi opponent, UCO lawsuit plaintiff, or rejected former UCO operatives tossed out on their asses in previous elections for being inveterate troublemakers. I have no doubt that most of these people support this new lawsuit.
I urge all Delegates to reject this "slate" in it's entirety, and to pay special attention to the malcontent candidates for Executive Board. These people, if elected, will work to obstruct every project and initiative undertaken by the next Israel Administration, just out of pure spite.
Get out the broom. Make a clean sweep.
I agree Don4060. It is incredible that any sane person would consider the opposition slate.
ReplyDeleteHi all,
ReplyDeleteThe two lawsuits are frivolous at best, but one never knows what can happen in a Court of law.
The total of the two suits, $5,392,000.00, if awarded, would pose an existential threat to UCO.
Why you may well ask; because UCO might become uninsurable, obviously, no rational person would work in UCO lacking Insurance coverage.

And the malcontent response to the new lawsuit:
ReplyDelete"That is what insurance is for."
NO IT'S NOT!!! This is exactly the type of ethic that needs to be eradicated once and for all around here. Forget the broom. Drag out the firehose and blast out any candidate that supports this type of behavior.
Hi Don4060,

Not to put to fine a point on this item, that is a quote from Ms. Sutofsky herself.
A wide open window to her ethics perhaps??
