How can this be? Simple; because all unit owners are members of UCO, so for a few Malcontents to sue UCO is literally suing themselves, absolutely ludicrous, and frivolous.

This law suit is a reflection of their frustration over failing in their attempt to recall the President, and then failing miserably in the March election.

Please do not be seduced by fantasies of riches flowing from Insurance companies, this is not a source of free money.

As for the roads, we have a professional engineering firms series of tests stating that we meet or exceed standards in every sample.

UCO is collecting prudent reserves to pave the roads in due course when they actually require repaving.

It does seem pretty desperate that the few nitwits that hate Dave Israel so much want to jeopardize all of our insurance coverages at CV with stupid lawsuits. I guess only time will wound those heels, to paraphrase.
