Act 2 in this Marx brothers comedy now begins, don't miss the Feaman agreements, signed in the name of the Condominium Association. Do you think all the unit owners know about the liabilities that their Officers have exposed them to, do you think Attorney Feaman is aware of the accusations made in this filing? The players in this fiasco are the same ones that disrupt our Delegate Assembly meetings, and were begging us all for funding for this lawsuit that they so eagerly seek to re-instate, after the judge dismissed for lack of prosecution!

Boy,this Feaman doesn't come cheap. does he? I wonder what the plaintiffs have had to pay out already, and are their condo associations being roped into paying too? And if so, how do they like THAT?
