    This was a refreshingly thoughtful meeting (i.e. the crazies and disruptors were off to the sides or not present). It is complicated enough to try to manage UCO business when people cooperate, as in this example. Keep up the GREAT work!

    Sorry to see that previous commentators have focused on who was absent rather than substance of the meeting, which is what really matters.

    For instance, it was indicated that health insurance for employees went from Bc/BS to UHC, but no one questioned what that change mean to employees. Higher co-pays; less coverage? Are all the Board members highly paid execs who never had to be concerned about HI? Should we be watching the bottom line? Yes. Should we care what the bottom line means to our employees? YES and YES!

    I did focus on the substance of the meeting--which had EXCELLENT decisions without morons and "know-nothing it alls" trying to mess up the process. Why don't you get your head out of the crap the malcontents constantly sling around--if you really care about CV.
