MALCONTENTS PETITION TO DESTROY UCO

In their continued effort to accomplish by other means that which they cannot accomplish at the ballot box, the Malcontents now have orchestrated five incoherent proposed amendments to the Bylaws of UCO. These proposals are fatally flawed by complicated inconsistencies; which if actually implemented would preclude UCO's ability to govern. The proposed Malcontent amendments that follow are simply designed to foment chaos. Please read them and then you decide.
