  1. C.V. STOP signs should be 4ft by 4ft. Maybe they would be seen by the blind drivers we have at all intersections. Also, 25 mile speed limit should be painted on the pavement in big white numbers.
This isn't Daytona Race Track, it is Century Village where most of us want to continue being alive... Happy New Year!

    1. I would agree with the painting the speed limit on the pavement, except these people don't watch the road let alone other traffic.

  2. Some of these drivers think stopping is rolling. Let's use the 4 second rule on stopping.

  3. A speed bump at the stop sign would do the trick!

  4. people also need to inform their guest about the speed limits. Little red car went around the curve by CV Realty doing about 45mph. like unknown said earlier, this is not Daytona.

  5. Yesterday afternoon I was driving east (toward the Plymouth Laundry) on North Street, and a car went around me to pass me by going in the westbound lane. I looked at my speedometer as the car went by to see if I was going too slow, and it showed I was going 25 mph, so he must have been going 40. You never know but that somebody may have an emergency, but as many as we're getting can't be all emergencies.

  6. Wow! He will definitely make an emergency for someone very unlucky to be in his path. No excuse. I don't know why they are in a hurry to get nowhere. This is scary.

    1. I can't tell you (not talking about CV now) how often a motorist goes whizzing by to pass me, only to either (1) get stopped alongside me at the next traffic light, or (2) no sooner pass me than immediately turn into a parking lot or driveway.
