Bulk trash items not picked up last Friday

Bulk trash items were not picked up in my area last Friday.

The information in the UCO Reporter, see image above, says that bulk trash pickup is Friday for all areas. The information in the Reporter does not say, bulk items will be picked up every other Friday. The information in the Reporter does not say, bulk items will be picked up Friday, depending on the need.

If we expect people to put out couches etc., near the dumpsters on Thursday night or Friday morning, what Thursday's and Friday’s are we talking about?

The couch I am looking at, went out last Tuesday. It was not picked up on Friday. It has been there six days. This Friday, the couch "and things," will have been there ten days.

Is there a better way to hone in on a consistent bulk pick up date so we can relay it to unit owners?
