Comcast Rep for the Village

I believe the village has a rep from Comcast that we can go to if we have a problem.  If I am correct can someone please supply his name and contact number as well as email address.  Failing that, does
anyone have the name and contact info for someone "high-up" at Comcast who is located in the States.  Thanks in advance.

    I contacted both parties named and got an immediate response to my complaint against their Internet service. Comcast appears eager to accommodate its customers.
