VOTE YES TO SWAP TITLES OF THE CV REAL ESTATE WITH THE CENVILL STORAGE FACILITY

-
The people who publish nasty lies about UCO on the Internet, the people who are suing UCO and their neighbors, the people who disrupt our Delegate Assembly monthly are working very hard to crash the UCO effort to accomplish the swap of the CV Realty building for the Cenvill utility building.
-
The CV Realty building, an old temporary wooden structure, is in very bad condition, and it is in need of major repair. This would cost upwards of $200,000.00. UCO does not have the budget for this project, Cenvill does, and if the Delegates vote for the Title swap, they will raze the decaying structure, and bring CV Realty to new condition, no longer an eyesore on our Perimeter road.
-
The Cenvill utility building on the other hand is a solid concrete block structure, which Cenvill will bring up to full Office building code, and then quit claim it to UCO. The building will be the final home of the UCO Reporter, and may also generate some income, up to $1,200.00 per month from Atlantic Broadband, during the rollout of the new Cable and Internet projects.
-
So, what is the downside of this planned swap?
-
1) No cost to UCO/unit owners
2) Beautiful new structures for both parties
3) Nominal income to UCO to help offset unit owner costs.
-
There is no downside!
-
Delegates, ignore the Fake-News being generated by the Messenger Club, Vote yes at Delegate Assembly on the initiative to swap buildings.
