Error trying to add to guest list

I can enter the application successfully, but saving the guest is resulting in the error code. 
 


Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Tbl_guests'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.Tbl_guests'. The statement has been terminated.

    I have used gate access many times with Chrome browser. I get same error as Mike today.
