Non Rental Condos in CV

I have reviewed the list of the condos listed as 'Non Rental" on this blog. Unfortunately, the list is not precise. I've learned some non rentals are renting and others listed as rental condos are non rental condos according to their by laws. Are there any bloggers who can confirm if their condo is a confirmed non rental.

    Ours, Sheffield N, allows rentals but only under certain conditions.

      Hi Barbara,

      I checked out your condo's documents. It appears in 2010 an Amendment was filed that permitted rentals 24 months after closing of title to a new owner.

    Wellington G is a non rental building as are most of the 12 Wellington buildings.

    Somerset G is a NON-RENTAL building. We have one unit that can be rented because the owner was grandfathered in before we made a change to our bi-laws
